RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMISSION:
- For securing admission in pre medical, non-medical and general science groups, applicants with first division and matric with science are eligible to apply. Candidates have to apply online on ocas.punjab.gov.pk . Strict merit policy is followed.
- Students can apply for re-admission only for one time; those who failed in 1st year can take re-admission in the same group. The Candidates who have passed either 1st year or 2nd year from any board of Punjab are not eligible for re-admission. They have to submit an affidavit in this regard.
- Admission of 1st year, ADP and BS classes will be started after the announcement of results. After passing matriculation, the applicants can get admission in the college within five years as per direction of the Government of Punjab.
- The applicants have to submit character certificates obtained from their previous institution. In case of private candidates, their character certificates can be signed by any government teacher.
- Students have to submit NOC if they have taken an exam under any board other than BISE Bahawalpur and for ADP & BS, they have to obtain NOC from the concerned university.
- For admission in 1st year the age limit is 18 and for ADP & BS is 20. Two year relaxation can be granted with special permission of the principal.
- Special quota seats are reserved only in Arts groups.
- Original documents should be provided by the applicants at the time of admission. Failing to provide documents will result in cancellation of admission.
- Four photocopies of required documents should be provided along with the admission
- Four photocopies of the result
- Four photocopies of character certificate.
- Four photocopies of NOC from the concerned board.
- Four photocopies of father’s CNIC.
- Four photocopies of domicile.
- Four photocopies of B-Form/ CNIC.
- Four photocopies of special person certificate.
- Four fresh passport size pictures.
- In case of father’s death or being out of the country, her mother or elder brother will be considered her guardian.
- The applicants must ensure attendance at the time of interview or test otherwise their admission will be rejected.
- Only those students can secure admission in the college who pay their fee within the due
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Students have to ensure 75% of attendance during academic session to be allowed to appear in board/university exams. Attendance will be counted from the beginning of academic session till 15 days before exams.
- Late comers will be considered absent.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, students will be responsible to complete 75% of attendance.
- Students have to submit a leave application in advance which will be signed by the student’s father and then class incharge.
- In case of leave for more than five days, the medical certificate of govt. hospital must be submitted.
- Name will be struck off in case of continuous absentees for 10 days.
- Fine for readmission is 150/- with affidavit.
- The admission will be cancelled in case of failure to pay dues within the due
- Fine for one day absentee is one rupees.
- Attendance in Send-ups exams is mandatory otherwise students’ board admission can be detained.
PAYMENT OF FEE AND FINE:
- The students will get a payment receipt.
- The due date can be extended with special permission of the principal.
